2014 Fantasy Baseball Daily Fix: May 21

Last week was a disappointing week for yours truly, but the great thing about daily fantasy baseball is that every day is a new day. So, we get back in the saddle and try again.
Today we will be going with the hot hand approach. The key with the hot hand approach is to find a group of players that are underpriced. The folks at Draftstreet (much like the other sites) are experts at determining a player’s value for any particular day. It depends largely on matchups and overall performance. Occasionally, you can get ahead of the game by picking a player that has been hot recently.

We always like to offer alternatives whenever we can. I can’t promise that the salary cap figures will work, but different people like different strategies and playing different games, so we offer a different choice, Most of them still fall under the hot hand approach, but some people don’t like pitting hitters against pitchers they’ve taken or vice versa.
