Alan Harrison - Founder/Senior Editor
Currently residing in San Diego, Alan is Originally from the "Center of the Universe", where more fist-pumpers than baseball players go to see Dr. James Andrews for Tommy John surgery and where Jimmy Hoffa IS buried – New Jersey. His fondest sports memory was the 1992 Notre Dame vs. Penn State "Snow Bowl", in which a two-point conversion from Rick Mirer to Reggie Brooks led the Irish to victory. In a close second was being on the green for Tiger Woods' U.S. Open comeback victory at Torrey Pines in 2008. Alan has been playing fantasy sports since 1992 – When he began logging player's statistics into his school notebooks, instead of his homework. Ironically, his real job is to shape the minds of California's youth. Alan has been a member of the Fantasy Sports Writers Association since 2011.

Jersey born and bred, but no fist pumping here. Art Director by day and sports fanatic by night…when are they going to add more hours to the day? Raised to be a fair loving fan of all New York sports teams (get off my back about it already!). Favorite recent personal memories were interviewing Maurice Jones-Drew at the Sirius XM Fantasy Football Draft and also getting to go the Howard Stern show with my buddies. Most memorable sports moment was watching the 1994 NBA Finals, Knicks vs Houston, and getting interrupted by the OJ Simpson chase.

Adam Ganeles - Senior Writer
Born and raised in Long Island, NY. Currently working as a basketball scout for various organizations, including the famed NBADraft.net, and as an all-around sports journalist. My career aspirations include earning a sponsorship to MLB scouting school or recruiting/coaching collegiate basketball. My most lucid sports memory is, and will always be Mike Piazza's two-run homer on 9/21/01 off Steve Karsay. Other than that, I'm just a free spirit born in the wrong century. "Walt Whitman once said, 'I see great things in baseball. It's our game. The American game. It will repair our losses and be a blessing to us.' You could look it up."-- Annie Savoy, Bull Durham.

Chris Summers - Fantasy Sports Contributor
Chris Summers was born and raised in the Garlic Capital of the World, Gilroy, CA. He attended Saint Mary's College where he dazzled on the Rugby field, and to a lesser extent, in the classroom and with the ladies. After a yearlong ski bum odyssey he ended up at the Harvard of the West, California Western School of Law, where he also met his future wife. Currently, he lives a soulless existence at a large law firm wishing you could make more money working on a ski lift. His greatest sports moment was having ESPN's the Sports Guy call him and his fiance "Grizzly," being in the stands for Jerry Rice breaking the all-time touchdown record and watching Barry "the cream" Bonds tie the career home run mark, were also okay.

Jesse has been playing fantasy baseball for nearly 20 years, and has competed (and won, if he must say so himself) in just about every format imaginable – head-to-head, points, mixed league draft, AL-only auction, keeper, no keeper, you name it. He hates fantasy football almost as much as he loves fantasy baseball, and lives for the lightning-quick waiver wire pickup, so Jesse's advice focuses on the practical do's and dont's of player ownership. Jesse lives in Maryland with his wife and Two Boys, to whom all of his fantasy winnings go.

Conor Gereg - Fantasy Sports Contributor
Conor is a graduate student in Fairfield, CT and when he's not blogging about the latest sports news he's playing/coaching baseball and basketball or reminiscing about better days for Uconn basketball. His fondest sports memories are any of the 775 Greg Maddux starts. He still loses sleep over the Los Angeles Clippers #1 draft selection of Michael Olowokandi. Conor also freelances as a fiction writer and his work has been published in a variety of literary journals.

I
hail from Hancock, NY on the Delaware River in the Catskill mountains.
I attended Niagara University where I played SS for the Division 1
college. I have coached baseball/softball at the high school level for 15 years.
My real job is owning and running our family firearms business, Marino’s
Outdoor World, which has been located in Hancock since 1923. I started playing fantasy sports in 1987 doing the statistics by hand. I
still commission those leagues today. Normally I play in up to 10
fantasy leagues in each sport except hockey. Cant get enough of it. Fondest memories are attending 12 different Yankees World Series games
most notably the 1977 series with the Dodgers. I also have met many pro
athletes and celebrities during the course of running my business. I am a
cancer survivor of 10 years now. After going through the every day battle with cancer I have
learned that life is to short and it is precious. Live every day like
its your last...

His greatest sports memories include attending the New Jersey Devils’ 2003 Stanley Cup-clinching game seven, working as a tennis ball-boy for the 2009 U.S. Open, and engaging in bleacher warfare at the 2008 Home Run Derby in Yankee Stadium. His first fantasy sports man-crush was Mark Prior… his first fantasy sports catastrophe was Mark Prior.

James Weston - Fantasy Sports Contributor
James is a New Jersey resident who is obsessed with perfecting games that can not be perfected. This has been the driving force in successful adventures in games with imperfect information such as Fantasy Baseball, Football, Imaginary Wrestling(look it up, it exists...I've had 501s, 516s, and 521s), and Poker. James earned B.S. in Computer Science from Rutgers University in 2004 and since then has been grinding a 9-5 job. When not writing for the Fantasy Fix, James is contributing to http://valuetownfantsy.com, a web site which provides web applications for Fantasy owners. Outside of our Fantasy world, James is shipping it in on the virtual/real felt or spending time at home with the love of his life Breanne and their Black lab/American bulldog mix named Tucker. Favorite sports moment, finishing day 1 of event #2 at the 2006 W.S.O.P. and over looking an empty Amazon room, realizing that 2600 people started the day and only 200 were left.

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, a fan of the Oakland Raiders and Golden State Warriors, Chris bleeds an amalgam of silver & black and blue & gold. Not coincidentally, he has a PhD in unrealistically high hopes and a Masters in disappointment. First introduced to fantasy sports by his stepfather’s roto baseball league in the 1995, he has been playing fantasy football and basketball for over ten years. Apexes of his sports memory include the 8th seeded Warriors beating the 67-win Mavericks in the 2007 playoffs, and the Raiders bouncing back from the Tuck Rule (still ridiculous) in 2001 to make the Super Bowl the following season. Nadirs include the ensuing Super Bowl meltdown and the Chris Webber trade in 1994.

Rosti was born in Kiev, Ukraine where they know not of a game called baseball. He came to the States with his family at the age of 2 and has lived in Northern NJ since. His fondest memories date back to the mid 80's when he began following the Mets, Giants, Celtics and Icelanders. He was introduced to fantasy sports by his good friend The Piz approximately 10 years ago and hasn't looked back since with multiple league championships in a dynasty NL-only baseball league as well as Yahoo football and basketball leagues. He recently began contributing to The Fantasy Fix and looks forward to writing many great articles to help his fantasy-playing brethren.

I’ve been participating in Fantasy Sports since 1993 when you had to mail your weekly players in to The Sporting News with an actual stamp. Since then my fantasy resume consists of hundreds of teams covering everything from Baseball, Football, Basketball, Hockey, Golf, Nascar, even MLS Soccer. My true “expertise” is in Baseball and Football where I own a very high career winning percentage. Fantasy Baseball and Football are far from exact sciences, and both require constant attention to keep up with the changing trends. This is why I began writing, to share my experiences and insight into winning with the Fantasy Sports Community. My articles have been published on CBSsports.com, BleacherReport.com, & Yardbarker.com.
